It is more fun to run with a group, time is flying and you have the possibility to ask questions to experts.
1. group: 90 min – 2 hours endurance run with 5:20 - 5:30 min/kilometer (Weidlinger)
2. group: 90 min – 2 hours endurance run with 6:00 min/kilometer (Dr. Dallamassl)
3. group: 60 min – 90 min endurance run with 7:00 min/kilometer (Dr. Fridrik)
