This afternoon the Meet & Greet with Peter Herzog took place.
Even though the 19th Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon will not take place for another year, it is important to the marathon organizers to be able to offer service activities to loyal runners. So this afternoon, in cooperation with our mobility partner Hyundai, a Meet & Greet with Peter Herzog took place at the Brucknerhaus Linz. The participants' places were raffled off. Ten motivated and happy winners were looking forward to meeting the ÖLV star.
The Meet & Greet participants had the opportunity to ask the new Austrian marathon record holder questions about his career in a relaxed atmosphere and also wanted to learn one or two tricks for fast times. These tips could be put into practice immediately afterwards during the joint running training. The participants ran their laps along the Danube dam with Peter Herzog in sunshine and pleasant temperatures. At a small refreshment station at the Brucknerhaus, the runners were able to round off the sporty afternoon. "A nice and successful event. It was great to get tips from Austria's fastest marathon man," agreed the winners of the Meet & Greet.
