Leave nothing to chance with Austrian ski jumping legend Toni Innauer and Upper Austrian Sportswoman of the Year Susanne Gogl-Walli live at the Oberbank Donau Forum Linz on January 25, 2024!

Olympic ski jumping champion, national coach, successful author: Toni Innauer is a cult figure in the Austrian sports and fitness scene. The sports science graduate always focuses on a fundamental topic - how do I manage to turn my good intentions into sustainable habits? At the kick-off for the 22nd Oberbank Linz Donau Marathon on January 25 at the Oberbank Donau Forum, he will reveal his best tips and tricks and leave nothing to chance in a live talk with Susanne Gogl-Walli, the Linz local heroine and fixed starter at the 2024 Olympics!

Whether it's more exercise, a healthier diet or more restful sleep: Toni Innauer gets to the bottom of the well-known problem of why good intentions are quickly made, but all too often come to nothing. Under the motto "Marathon or Olympic victory, it's always preceded by a good resolution", he will spend an exclusive evening analyzing the deeply human resistance responsible for this live in front of the audience at the start of the Linz 2024 marathon season and summarize tips and tangible tricks that aim to make a big promise: to start a new life.

The legendary "ÖSV-Superadler" systematically sifts through all areas of life, analyzes human weaknesses and pitfalls and provides us with handouts on how to turn wishes, dreams and resolutions into reality: "Whenever we plan to do something special, it should be well considered to take enough time, anticipation, energy, creativity and stamina on board. And then, at the crucial moment, you must not forget to keep a cool head, give your best and enjoy it all when the time comes," the likeable Vorarlberg native is convinced.

After his talk, Toni Innauer will be joined by the exceptional athlete and Upper Austrian Sportswoman of the Year 2023, Susanne Gogl-Walli, in a live chat with OÖN presenter Karoline Ploberger. The 27-year-old sprint specialist from Linz, who pushed her 400-meter best time to 50.87 seconds this year and is currently preparing for the 2024 Olympics, also knows the importance of good intentions and is leaving nothing to chance on the way to her big goal - a new Austrian record: "In the summer of 2024, two major events are coming up with the Olympic Games in Paris and the European Championships in Rome, where I want to show my best performance. These sporting goals drive me to push my limits in training."

A note for all fans: After the official program, Toni Innauer will be available for a book signing at the book table in the foyer!
