Important information about the running route.
Due to the construction site on the Voest freeway bridge, the access to the start area has changed compared to previous years. Access to the start area is via the freeway slip road WEST (driving direction Vienna). Please follow the marked paths.
Start area is the left side of the freeway (west side) for everyone.
The handover of the relay team will be done by handshake between the two runners in the transition area. The handover of a transponder is not necessary. The transponders (chips) in the respective start numbers are used to detect the individual sections of the course. The staff in the transition areas must be followed.
There is currently a construction site in Gruberstraße, where a lane division has been made by concrete guide walls. Please take appropriate care when turning into Gruberstraße, coming from Untere Donaulände. (between KM 9 and 10)
