Running together is even more fun.
November 4, 2023 marks the start of the popular LIVA Lauftreffs in preparation for the 22nd Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon.
In different performance groups and accompanied by running coaches, an approximately two-hour endurance run is made.
The start of the Lauftreffs is at 9:00 a.m. in front of the entrance to the Parkbad Linz.
The running groups are free of charge. Registration is not required.
The next LIVA Lauftreff will take place just one week later, on November 11, 2023. On this day there is also the possibility to do a lactate test.
From December on, the LIVA Lauftreffs will alternate with the Oberbank Lauftreffs, as in previous years.
