Since 2002, the Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon has been a festival of pure joy of movement. Every year, up to 20,000 participants take part in a total of 8 races, making the Linz Marathon an outstanding sporting event. The runners are cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd of around 100,000 spectators who create a rousing atmosphere along the route throughout Linz.
