Lactate test for optimal preparation for the 22nd Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon on April 7, 2024
In cooperation with the Endurance Center Austria around sports physician Dr. Ronald Ecker and sports scientist Alex Unger we can offer two lactate tests for the preparation for the Linz Marathon.
During the second running meeting, on November 11, 2023, the first lactate field test will take place on the Donaulände.
The second test will be held on February 16, 2024 at the TipsArena Linz.
Registration for the lactate test is required!
The cost per test is € 120,-.
What results do I get from a lactate test?
- Analysis of lactate from capillary blood
- Determination of individual aerobic and anaerobic thresholds
- Determination of individual training zones
- Heart rate, subjective load perception and pace / watts
