Pace Maker 42.195 km

If you want to run the 19th Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon on October 24, 2021 over the full distance (42.195 km) within a certain time limit, you can stick to our pacemakers.

As in previous years, this year there are experienced runners who run at a certain pace and as a result keep exactly to the targeted marathon time. This means that you don't have to constantly look at your watch while running, but can orientate yourself to your pacemaker and run together in the group.

The pacemakers cannot be overlooked. Every pacemaker standing in the appropriate starting blocks is equipped with a bright yellow T-shirt with the target time printed on it, likewise all pace makers carry blue-red-yellow flags with the target time printed on them.

On Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., the pace makers will be presented on the action stage in the course of the Marathon Expo in the TipsArena Linz.

Pace makers will be available in the following finish times

2:59:59 h: Harald Schrenk
3:14:59 h: Josia Nusser
3:29:59 h: Heinrich Steiner
3:44:59 h: Georg Neuhold
