As in previous years, there are once again experienced runners who run at a certain pace and consequently keep exactly to the target marathon time.
The pacemakers cannot be overlooked. Each time runner is equipped with a bright yellow T-shirt with the target time printed on it, and all pace makers also carry blue flags with the target time printed on them.
