The preparation must be varied
A mixture of special endurance training and units to strengthen the muscles is important. The rule is: volume before intensity. In other words, more long, relaxed endurance runs than short, intensive tempo runs. Because training is not a competition, runners should stick to the training plan.

A lactate test offers the perfect opportunity to find out where your personal limit really lies.
Two lactate tests are offered in cooperation with the Ausdauerzentrum Österreich.

Running clubs
Our popular running meetings have been a fixture in many people's preparations in recent years.
The running meetings start in November 2025 and take place every Saturday - alternately organized by LIVA and Oberbank.
