School runs

School runs has been the motto of the Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon for many years.

Upper Austrian pupils and teachers from elementary school, secondary schools, grammar schools, vocational schools or apprentices (vocational school students) who are still in apprenticeship training and higher vocational and general education schools (up to the Matura) are eligible to participate.

Registration for the "Schule läuft" campaign will start in fall 2026.
The limited contingent is reserved for schools.

Participation under 18

For the participation of persons under the age of 18 in the competitions on Sunday, a declaration of consent from the parent or legal guardian is required! Please fill out the following form and upload it in the course of the online registration.

Declaration of consent and liability

This form serves as a template for the schools. The completed form remains at the school and does not have to be sent to the Linz Marathon office.
