You can only find that in Linz. Train with Austria's two fastest marathon runners for the 16th Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon on April 9, 2017.

Long easy endurance runs to create the basis for a good half, quarter and marathon training. Running in a group is much easier, time passes more quickly and you also have the opportunity to ask the experts questions.


1st group: 90 min - 2 hrs. endurance run with a kilometer average of about 5:20 - 5:30 min (Günther Weidlinger, B.Sc.)
2nd group: 90 min - 2 hrs. Endurance run with a kilometer average of about 6:00 min (sports physician Dr. Dallamassl)
3rd group: 60 min - 90 min Endurance run with a kilometer average of about 7:00 min (sports physician KONS. MR Dr. Alfred Fridrik)

Start time for all training sessions on Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.

Oberbank running meetings: Interval running training with Gerhard Hartmann

Professional training is the basis for a good personal running time and an injury-free run - whether marathon, half marathon or quarter marathon. To provide you with the best possible support in your preparations for the Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon, Oberbank has once again engaged Gerhard Hartmann by popular demand. As part of a 7-part interval running training series, Gerhard Hartmann will show you how to improve your performance. And he provides valuable tips on how you can also make the most of the winter months to increase your performance. Registration required!
