Guglwald moves running club
The Guglwald ‘Bewegt’ running club series kicks off with the Rave Run in Vienna.
The ‘Team Guglwald bewegt’ group had 638 runners at the 2026 Linz Marathon. The Hotel Guglwald would like to reach this figure again with its initiative at the anniversary marathon.
The aim is not only to run together during the event itself, but also during the preparations. The Hotel Guglwald is therefore once again organising running meet-ups to help participants prepare for the 25th Oberbank Linz Donau Marathon in 2027. Meet-ups will take place on different dates at various locations to offer as varied a running programme as possible.

The first running meet-up promises to be something very special indeed:
Rave Run in Vienna on 8 October 2026
The run starts at Intersport Winninger on Mariahilfer Straße. From there, the route leads to the Museumsquartier via the Naschmarkt and the Linke Wienzeile, finishing at Schönbrunn Palace. After the 7-kilometre run, a proper party with great music and drinks awaits at Schönbrunn Palace.
The number of participants is limited, which is why registration is required.
