Performance control for optimal preparation.
The second lactate test will take place on 15.2.2019.
In order to be able to prepare optimally for the running highlight in the coming year, performance checks are recommended to determine one's own position. In cooperation with the sports physician Dr. Ronald Ecker, the personal, optimal training areas are determined. The offer includes 20 people at a special price of € 80, - per person and will take place on 15.02.2019 in the TipsArenaLinz (Ziegeleistraße 76). The first 10 people will start at 16:00, the second group at 17:30. Interested persons please contact Günther Weidlinger at guenther.weidlinger@liva.linz.at.
