"Things are going well with God!"
The Catholic Youth cordially invites all runners, their fans and all interested parties to the marathon service with runner's blessing! On the eve of the run, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 6:00 pm, the Catholic Youth of Upper Austria (kj oö) offers a spiritual Labstation in the Ursulinenkirche on Linzer Landstraße. It aims to fill the energy stores for soul and spirit with songs and thoughts and contribute to the holistic preparation for the upcoming race. During the prayer service, the athletes will receive a runner's blessing. The prayer will be led by diocesan youth chaplain Michael Münzner, who will himself be taking part in the marathon. The band of the kj oö will provide the musical accompaniment. With this service on the eve of Palm Sunday, the working group for youth liturgy of the Catholic Youth of Upper Austria would like to express that fitness is not only about a toned body, but also about a healthy soul and community.
