The winners of the campaign "Schule läuft" were also honored.
Around 2,000 schoolchildren took part in the "School Runs" campaign as part of the 16th Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon. On May 4, 2017, the winners, together with the city champions, were honored at the Old City Hall in Linz.
In the quarter marathon, the times of the three fastest students from a school were added together, and in the relay marathon, the three fastest relay teams were scored.
