Last Friday, May 5, the traditional thank-you evening for the Linz Marathon volunteers took place at the Brucknerhaus Linz.
City Councilor Karin Hörzing, City Councilor Doris Lang-Mayerhofer, LIVA Board Director Thomas Ziegler, Linz Marathon Coordinator Wolfgang Lehner and Linz Marathon Organizer Ewald Tröbinger thanked the more than 300 helpers present for their commitment to this year's Linz Marathon on April 9, 2017. Many thanks at this point also to Coca-Cola HBC Austria (Römerquelle, Coca-Cola and Cappy) and Bierkultur.at (Kaiser Bier, Edelweiss non-alcoholic and Kaiser Isoradler) for their great support! The organizing team of LIVA, City of Linz & Oberösterreichische Nachrichten would like to thank again all helping hands that contributed to the great success of the 16th Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon. Without YOU volunteers the realization of the Linz Marathon would not be possible!
