Right of withdrawal for online shops

For items from our online shop, with the exception of Startplatz vouchers, you have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason.

For goods, this period begins on the day the goods are received. In the case of multiple items in a single order, it begins upon receipt of the last item.

To withdraw, simply send a clear statement to:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement by email before the 14 days have elapsed.

Consequences of withdrawal
We will refund all payments we have received for the item in question, including the cost of standard delivery. If a more expensive delivery method was chosen, we will refund the cost of the cheapest standard option.

The refund will be made as soon as possible after the notice is sent, by bank transfer to your bank account. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of dispatch.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal, and you must bear the direct costs of returning them.

Starting place and starting place voucher
There is no statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing a starting place or a starting place voucher. Contracts for services relating to leisure activities are excluded from the right of withdrawal if a specific date or period is stipulated for the performance of the contract (Section 18(1)(10) of the FAGG). This applies to both the entry place and the entry place voucher for our events. The order is therefore binding from the moment of confirmation.
