Oberbank Marathon

Marathon - the entire marathon distance over 42.195 km, including the Linz City Championships.

ATTENTION: Registrations for the national marathon championships. Please only use the ATHMIN system of the ÖLV!

Marathon, the classic: The race over the longest Olympic distance is the supreme discipline in running. On the course of 42.195 kilometers one is step by step on the trail of a myth. The starting field unites professionals and amateurs. Some look at the stopwatch and their competitors in the fight for victory, others fight rather with the inner pig, which they often had to defeat in training before a marathon. Reaching the finish line and the finisher medal are the reward. By the way, the joy of a successful marathon run has no expiration date.

Routing

The course of the 25. Oberbank Linz Danube Marathon is measured according to the IAAF guidelines by the AIMS surveyor Rainer Soos with the Jones Counter bicycle.
