At the 24th Oberbank Linz Donau Marathon there is not only a lot going on on the course, but also off the course. Numerous bands and music groups will provide the right atmosphere.
The Linz Marathon is not only a major sporting event, but also a musical experience for runners and spectators alike. Along the entire route, numerous bands, a choir, percussion ensembles and DJs provide atmosphere and motivation.
From rousing pop and rock sounds to energetic brass sounds and driving beats and percussion rhythms: The musical variety accompanies the participants on their way through the city and provides additional energy at many sections of the route.
Local musicians and ensembles from Linz and Upper Austria are part of the program and bring their music to the route with great enthusiasm. Together they create a special atmosphere that turns the marathon into a celebration of sport, culture and community.
